Both Teams started with a good offense. Vadim Kulabuchov put the Foxes 1-0 ahead at 10.31 assisted by Greg Schmidt. After the break Mighty Dogs Player Nemirovski equalised at 25.10. Goalie Itämies got an injury and left the game. Elwing came for him. Two Minutes later Martin Sekera made it 2-1 and then Nemirovski scored twice to make it 2-3 just before the second break. In the 3rd, Stephan Kuhlee scored twice for the Foxes to make it 4-3,then Marco Ludwig made it 5-3. One Minute before final Waßmiller scored for the Dogs but Pohling used an ENG for 6-4.

The Foxes lost out at Mosquitos Essen on Sunday Night 4-1. 33 seconds were played and Wikström gave Essen the lead. Greg Schmidt equalised (assist by Todd Gill) in minute 8 but Wikström scored again for 2-1 in a Powerplay-situation. Another PP situation used Mosquito´player Kreitl for 3-1 in 2nd period. In 3rd Essen scored again, Goalie Elwing saved a higher lose.
